Hitis Kyrkby Marthaförening

The Hitis Kyrkby Martha Association was founded in 1914 and has engaged in a variety of activities over the years. Especially during the 1950s and 1960s the members were focused on practical things at home and courses with external consultants in sewing and gardening were organized. In recent years, members have gathered in the homes every other Thursday, primarily for social interaction. The meetings often feature a topical theme, with discussions as an important part. We also enjoy excursions and have visited destinations such as Föglö, Turku, and Hanko.
